Aliens from a planet attacked aliens on another. They bombed and blasted cities and countries, burned and killed the other aliens. Aliens kill aliens so easily. Then they built a new alien civilization on the old aliens' planet. But as with the plants, not all climates are the same and not all plants grow on every planet, so the new civilization disintegrated slowly thanks to famines, plagues, tsunamis, volcanoes; wars that emerged among new countries, new cities that bombed and blasted each other and killed one another as easily as if they were aliens on the other planet.
An alien civilization came into contact with another alien civilization, although the first was much less advanced than the other. The more advanced one helped the less advanced one. The less advanced aliens could have hardly believe their luck until one day they saw the more advanced aliens' God advising them in their endeavors and helping them--exactly as the advanced aliens had helped the less advanced ones. So they asked the advanced aliens if this was why they helped them--because their God helps them, advises them, in the same way. The more advanced aliens answered that yes, this is the main reason, because in ancient times they also came into contact with other civilizations and did not help any, but bombed, blasted, and killed everybody, but none of those planets that they conquered lived long--after short periods of glory and prosperity, they inevitably and suddenly perished. And even those on the native planet almost disappeared until one day they came into contact with a civilization from yet another planet.
They explained that finally they came into contact with a civilization more advanced than their own. They were afraid, weakened by eons of futile conquests, by their own vices, and sure they would share the same destiny of their many victims throughout the universe. But the new alien civilization did not bomb, blast, or kill them; rather, they offered the aliens their hand and their knowledge. And the aliens asked the visitors why they didn't kill them, and they responded that they do not use power to spread seed that doesn't grow anywhere, but instead use power to spread seed that grows almost everywhere.
And the aliens advanced so much that they could not recognize their own selves while praying to the visitors as to their Gods, although they never said they were Gods.
